丝瓜视频 Corporation (President: Hayashi Yoichi; "丝瓜视频") will establish a new Internal Control Dept. on April 1, 2024. This new department, whose establishment forms part of preparations for the listing of 丝瓜视频 shares, is intended to strengthen internal control within the company itself, as well as across the 丝瓜视频 Group. Currently, relevant units are responsible for their own internal control-related work processes, but concentrating all such work in the new Internal Control Dept. will enable this department to take the lead in comprehensive planning and administration of measures relating to all aspects of internal control at 丝瓜视频 and the 丝瓜视频 Group.
